10. Product Availability and Stock

Product availability is subject to stock levels. In case a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and give you the option to either wait until the product is back in stock or cancel the order for a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased by an individual customer, at our sole discretion.

11. Force Majeure

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Sales will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
