Welcome to Dett Private Limited (the "Dett"), a mobile application providing on-demand delivery of groceries and other essentials. By accessing or using our App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our App.
Our App provides a seamless and convenient platform where users can explore, choose, and purchase a wide range of products, including groceries, household items, and other daily essentials. Users can browse through various categories, view detailed product descriptions, and add items to their cart for easy ordering. The service also enables users to specify a delivery address, ensuring their selected items are delivered right to their doorstep. It&poas;s important to note that the availability of our services, including the range of products and delivery options, may differ based on the user’s geographical location. Once an order is placed, our team is committed to using all reasonable efforts to process and deliver the order as quickly as possible, aiming to meet your needs with efficiency and care.
3.1 Account Information: When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes details such as your name, email address, and any other necessary information. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information remains current by updating it as needed. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any actions or activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. Therefore, it’s crucial to maintain the confidentiality of your account information to prevent any misuse.
4.1 Placing Orders: To place an order through our app, by browsing the available products and selecting the items you wish to purchase. These items can be added to your virtual cart, where you can review your selections before proceeding to checkout. At the checkout stage, you shall be prompted to confirm your delivery address, payment method, and any other necessary details. Once you have completed these steps, you can submit your order. Upon submission, you shall receive an order confirmation, which serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order and shall begin processing it.
4.2 Order Acceptance: Please be aware that all orders placed through the app are subject to confirmation and product availability. 6.2. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate and accessible. Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses, and you may be responsible for any associated costs if we need to reattempt delivery.
7.1 All content, features, and functionality available on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, software, and any other materials, are the exclusive property of Dett Private Limited and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8.1 To the earliest extent permitted by applicable law, Dett Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from or be related to your use of the app or the services provided.
9.1 We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
